my commission details and info!
terms of servicewhen commissioning me you agree to all the following:
-i have the right to decline an order
-needing to provide me clear images to reference from for the artwork
-i still hold rights over the artwork i make unless it’s made for commercial use
^ i can use it as commission examples
-personal use ONLY which is using it without profit, aka profile pictures, printing for a gift/own use, etc
-during sketch phase changes are free, after completion you may ask for changes to be made to the piece for free, but major changes will require a fee (my discretion)
payment
-i will be using kofi site only for payment
-NO refunds UNLESS the sketch hasn’t been sent yet.
-if you need to have it at a certain deadline, i may charge a rush fee ( depends on how quickly you need it )
delivery
-expect the drawing in 7-14 days, no longer than one month. (allowed to cancel with full refund if drawing is still not delivered if this occurs)
-clients can ask for updates, please give me 24 hours to respond
